After evaluating multiple process plans, the expert group determined the optimal process plan as follows: biological carrier aeration nitrification container module (removal of NH3-N and CODcr) + magnetic coagulation magnetic separation deep purification container module (removal of TP, SS and algae), Among them, the magnetic coagulation magnetic separation water purification module equipment includes magnetic coagulation magnetic separation deep purification system equipment (including automatic dosing system) and sludge dewatering machine system, and the whole system equipment container is modular integration and can be moved. The project is contracted and operated by Zhonghang Water, and the magnetic coagulation magnetic separation deep purification system equipment is designed and manufactured by Qingdao Pacific Chemical Equipment Company. The project has been completed and put into operation since February 2019, the system equipment is running well, and the water quality of the purified effluent is stable and up to standard.
