The main pollutants are suspended SS, cyanide, sulfide, ammonia nitrogen, COD, coal tar, volatile phenol, etc. The waste water can be recycled after purification and cooling treatment (when the dissolved pollutants reach a certain limit value, it needs to be discharged and new water is added at the same time), or it can be pre-purified and combined with other process wastewater into the regulation tank of the sewage treatment plant.
According to the different gas production process, the pollutant concentration of coal gas washing wastewater is: PH7-9, T=50-60℃, SS=100-500mg/L, CN=10-30mg/L, S2-=5-30mg/L, NH3-N=100-700mg/L, COD=300-900mg/L, oil 50-200mg/L. It is suitable to select the M+FLO magnetic flocculation precipitation purification system for treatment (combined with the addition of ferrous sulfate, PAM and other chemical agents), and the effluent can reach SS < 10mg/L, CN < 5mg/L, S2- < 5mg/L, PH 7-9 (COD removal amount depends on the COD content in suspended solids SS, usually up to 30%-70%).
The characteristics of coal chemical wastewater are: containing cyanide, sulfide, coal tar, high phenol, high salt, high COD, low B/C value and containing a large number of refractory substances, usually the treatment and reuse process is as follows:
